Blurring Industry Lines: Why Aversan Labs is attending Collision 2019

What is Collision?

Collision is a huge tech conference that is taking place at the Enercare Centre in Toronto May 20-23, 2019. There are many conference “tracks” that will be taking place, which cover industries such as: IoT, AI Robotics, Software as a Service, Big Data, Financial Tech, Health Tech, Clean Tech, Media, Marketing and more. There are natural overlaps between these areas, and hosting a conference which includes them all lends plenty of opportunity for new connections to form.

The opening night speakers include Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Toronto Mayor John Tory, and Seth Rogen, actor and founder of Houseplant. Politicians, celebrities, and the current and future leaders of Industry will collide in Toronto, and we can’t wait.

Aversan Labs at Collision

Aversan Labs will be attending the conference to connect with innovators in tech from all industries. Our customizable capabilities in Smart Cities, Homes, and Personal Devices blurs industry lines and Collision includes events for them all. There are talks on the future of Smart Cities, Autonomous Vehicles, and how IoT affects the Masses.

A section of the exhibition floor is dedicated to Start-Ups and there is also a pitch competition that will span the conference. This gives a platform for the big tech companies of tomorrow to pitch in front of Industry leaders. Aversan Labs looks forward to learning more about what is happening now and the future of tech.

Local Meets Global

Collision is North America’s largest growing tech conference and we are thrilled that it has permanently moved so close to our home base in Toronto.

Collision is a platform for collaboration and innovation to shape the future of technology and both Aversan and Aversan Labs will be in attendance. Please connect with us on social media and if you would like to meet up at the conference.
